I don’t really think this is particularly a method but I’m going to call it that anyway to make things simpler.

This is a method for people who struggle to deal with the 3D, many people understand that the 3D is only a reflection of the 4D but they still struggle to accept the 3D and not let it get to them emotionally and mentally, which can end in wavering and going back to the old story.

It’s very simple, all you have to do is whenever unfavourable circumstances in your 3D start to get to you, just tell yourself/treat the 3D like a dream and that you will soon wake up in a reality where you’ll have everything you desire! The 3D is obviously, a real reality but I thought of this the other day and it’s been helping me cope with the current circumstance in my 3D.

This is along the lines of a post I saw (@/loaluverrrr13 on Twitter), which is everytime you have a negative thought you tell yourself it’s from a different reality, so you don’t need to worry about it. But anyway, I hope this can help some of you like it has helped me, and I’d love to hear your success stories if any of you try this!

people love to talk about ignoring the 3d, visualising/meditating for hours, filling your mind with affirmations… but is all of that really necessary?

remember, our only goal is to change SELF. how do you know you can do that? because you are the inner man, god, higher self, whatever you want to call it. you are not your thoughts, feelings, assumptions etc. knowing this is what makes it possible for you to fully commit to a change of self.

how do you change self? by viewing life from a different lens. imagine you‘re looking through a camera. by changing its lenses in front of it the image you see also changes. you are not the lens itself, neither the image, you‘re simply looking through it. you can switch the lenses anytime. you’re the observer.

the lenses are a metaphor for states, your mindset, what you feel (know) to be true. These you can also change anytime, right here, right now, simply by assuming so.

an example: you want to be confident, but you feel incredibly insecure. realise you’re just looking at life through this specific lens! this is not you, just a point of view that can be discarded anytime. and because you know you have all the power, and whatever you assume to be true is true, you look at life through a new lens, through the eyes of someone who is already confident. just let it happen. decide it is done, without conditions, without thinking “god i hope this will work” and the feeling will come to you naturally. that is what we‘re after anyways: naturalness.

something i also found helpful is becoming aware everything is happening NOW. the past and future don‘t exist. you’re reading this NOW. NOW is the only time to change. so when you say you have what you want, you look like this, whatever you want to be true, know it is happening NOW. do not affirm and visualise and think “wow, when i do this for the next 2 weeks i‘m sure it will happen sometime!” why do this when you can have and be what you want right NOW, and look at everything through a new lense RIGHT NOW??

you can look at the 3d and interact with it ALL YOU WANT, i promise it will not keep you from seeing your desires unless you let it! know the 3d is just imagination, as is everything. you don‘t have to react. i‘m serious. i used to get so triggered by the 3d, so much that it started really affecting me. only when i started viewing it through the lens of the inner self, of someone who already has what they want, while knowing it has no power over me, i started feeling fulfilled. i started KNOWING no matter what i see on the outside, no matter what my thoughts say, I HAVE ALL I WANT NOW. i started being able to look at the 3d without worry nor doubts which was so freeing.

feelings and thoughts come from this tiny little change of self identification. you don‘t have to force anything. let it happen.

become indifferent. i don‘t care how long it takes, as long as you view this 3d world through the eyes of someone who has all they want, and know that no matter what you see it‘s already done, YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IT. keep coming back to this ’knowing’ feeling. do not fall into the trap of going back to your old lens. it‘s all your choice. know you CAN and WILL change, just by assuming a new point of view.

MANIFEST YOUR MINDSET

Today I woke up trying to say my affirmations but intrusive thoughts kept entering my mind. I got so tired of having to constantly flip my thoughts.

I then thought that if I can manifest anything I can also manifest a good mindset. I began affirming:

“I only think thoughts in my favour. ”

“I trust in my ability to manifest all of my desires.”

During the first couple minutes of saying these affirmations, more intrusive thoughts entered my mind. I persisted for a few more minutes and positive thoughts began to enter my mind naturally. I began thinking about my hobbies, my goals, and what it will feel like to achieve my goals this year. I didn’t even have to try hard. I realized that I changed states and I began thinking from this new positive state.

If something is bothering you, affirm against it. If you think that your mental health is in shambles, affirm that you have perfect mental health. Too much intrusive thoughts in your mind? Affirm that you only have good thoughts.

We can literally manifest anything with affirmations. We have this power for a reason. Use it. Make your life comfortable. We are meant to be happy.

One of my favorite ways to prepare for a new semester is creating my little notion page for the semester.


Each semester my notion has:

• class hubs

• a master-list

• various filters of my master-list


The class hubs are so helpful (when I’m too lazy to dig through canvas) during the semester! It’s a nice way to have all the information I need all in one place. Last semester it was extremely helpful to have the zoom links there to cut fumbling time and made it possible to go to class when canvas crashed!

The master-list I use is HEAVILY and almost entirely based on Janice Studies’ master-list from one of their notion set-up videos! I shared it with my boyfriend and brother…happy to report both of them found it very useful.

I’ve seen a lot of people using google sheets but I love using notion because there’s just so many ways you can customize and organize everything! But, the general idea is still the same: put all assignments and deadlines in now so you don’t have to worry about it later!

Finally I copy the master-list all around my notion (which I also got from Janice Studies). This helps me see really clearly what I have due when and focus on what needs to be done. I love using the “on or before today” and “within a week” filter so that I can stay ahead of my work and see my progress!

it includes:

  • trackers (daily, sleep, dreams, music, games, books & comics)
  • journal (personal + therapy)
  • mental health resources
  • meal planner & recipe book
  • friends, birthdays, & gifts
  • planning for the future: wishlist, bucket list, home, etc.
  • witchy stuff
  • & more~

it’s meant for dark mode, but the notion site automatically shows it in light mode so forgive the glare. i did my best to include instructions on each page as well.
